Business Development Service

Business Development Service was formed in 1989 by a small group of professional business advisers who were committed to the cause of providing small businesses with the best advice and guidance to enable them to grow and prosper.

Since then, a wide range of expertise has been added to the BDS team through recruitment of experienced consultants and trainers who have hands-on knowledge of their specialisms in real situations.

BDS helps around 100 businesses each year to start up and supports them through the vulnerable early years. In addition, over 5000 businesses have been helped with a range of consultancy and training inputs.

BDS delivers major contracts for a range of business funding providers and has extensive links with business support sources in the Midlands.

 

We fully support the ISO14001 Environmental Management Standard  and have developed a Sustainability Action Plan which will guide us towards more-effective use of resources in the delivery of our services.
